Award Winning Interior for 1500 Employees

The pension fund known as OMERS (Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System) wanted to co-locate their 1500 employees that were working in disparate locations. The new 16 floor office needed to provide a range of solutions to include an open plan with a variety of work settings, access to private spaces and a conference centre.

Solution

TI Group produced custom wallpaper, custom bronze privacy film on glass, signage including wayfinding, an illuminated legacy feature, a history wall art installation and lenticular style signage.

Results

The new space shifted the OMERS business units’ individual cultures towards a collective high performance culture. Canadian Interiors awarded this project — designed by figure3 — at their 21st annual Best of Canada Awards!
