Hakim Optical had several marketing issues with its cross-Canada retail network. The problems stemmed from keeping in-store marketing materials on brand and delivering them in an efficient and timely manner. “In the past, requests were coming in from everywhere, older images often used and sometimes unauthorized materials created,” stated John Worden, Vice President of Marketing for Hakim Optical.

Solution

TI Group’s Digital Signage Portal and print-on-demand solution was implemented at Hakim Optical. The online platform streamlined the ordering and delivery process for signage. “Area Managers select from pre-selected images, designs and styles to create top-of-displays, headers, countertops, window graphics and frame displays,” said John.
