To our clients
With growing global concerns around COVID-19 (“coronavirus”), I wanted to update you on our response to date and our commitment to you and our staff moving forward. TI Group has formed a Preparedness Response Team whose mandate is to monitor and evolve our Company Preparedness Action Plan, along with updating staff on information regarding COVID-19.
We will continue to follow Public Health Agency of Canada recommendations, and will adjust our policies accordingly, as they pertain to the daily running of TI Group so that we may continue to service your business needs.
Effective immediately we have taken a number of precautionary measures that include:
- Re-educating staff on proper hand hygiene, along with cough and sneeze etiquette; put up signage preventative measures to be included in company newsletter
- Expanding our facilities cleaning procedures
- Making hand wipes and hand gel available to staff
- Allowing staff to work remotely
- Staff members who are travelling for pleasure must disclose their destination, and we are actively discouraging travel to restricted countries (any employee who travels to a restricted country is not able to return to work, unless first quarantined)
- Suspending all business-related travel and traffic between our own facilities
- Replacing face to face meetings with conference calls
We will continue to monitor this situation closely not only to ensure the well-being of our employees, but to also ensure business continuity with our clients.
