TI Group currently has multiple programs in progress to manufacture and deliver COVID-19 related signage and communications to essential service businesses across Canada this week and ongoing during the crisis.
Our Preparedness Team implemented a Pandemic Plan in early March to protect our workforce utilizing telecommuting, rotating management on 2-week cycles, spreading employees across shifts, increasing distance between employees, ongoing sanitizing, reducing employees across shifts, increasing distance between employees, ongoing sanitizing, reducing workforce levels, and not allowing outsiders into our buildings.
We have been providing daily updates to our staff and have proactively remained ahead of all government guidelines with respect to enforcing social distancing, hand-hygiene and self isolation for those who are sick or who have been travelling.
TI Group will operate with critical staff on-site within our Pandemic Plan guidelines.
