Aurora Cannabis Enterprises is a Canadian licensed cannabis producer. We provide print services to the Trade Marketing team on the recreational side, and to the field sales team on the medical side of their business. Since legalization, this is a new and growing market with retail locations growing exponentially every month. Both lines of business needed customized printed materials in the hands of their associates where timing is critical to business success. TI Group supports Aurora’s medical brands such as CanniMed and MedReleaf with the printing of educational materials for healthcare practitioners and patients. To support their 15 national field sales representatives, we developed an online tool to allow them to customize materials (specific to a clinic for example), print on demand or order materials from our warehouse.

Our online ordering system for collateral offers Aurora amazing features and benefits:

  • Materials are quickly ordered to be in the hands of the right people at the right time
  • For “always on” items, the system is able to raise a flag when materials are close to depletion so that we can reprint more, for “limited time” items, it can set a recycle date for the materials
  • Enhanced notifications and tracking of shipment information
  • A single source solution administered by one partner, and supported with a customer service call center
