Our client faced problems with executing and tracking changes to approximately 10,000 in-store food display tags that were regularly distributed to stores across Canada. These tags, known as Pin Tickets, were managed individually by multiple business units, and coordinated using various workflows and resources for distributions. TI Group identified that the assets needed to be managed in a central resource – which would be accessible by all business units. We utilized a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for this purpose, and added a customized checkout cart to the system so that the asset management and distribution could be possible within one resource. Each business unit can now manage their digital assets within one system that easily organizes and filters the content based on the criteria or meta-data provided. This system is also used for submitting orders, which has improved release-to-production.
